All along the centre of this road from the junction with chapel lane to A15

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2868492.

The road surface has potholes, loose chippings, and is uneven causing cars to swerve and not stay on their side of the road.

The issue has become progressively worse since deeper potholes have been reported and patched.
