This problem has not been sorted it has got worse water is gushing down chapel lane if there is more icy weather this can be a dangerous situation. The water board has been contacted they have said it's not a leak so the volume of water must be coming from some where. This needs to be sorted before a really bad accident occurrs on a very dangerous bend

Severe ice issue yesterday morning due to this extensive thin flooding of a corner of Eastville Road at the junction with Chapel Lane that is normally one that needs care. Ice has gone but water remains so any future cold weather will cause a dangerous road surface.

With the heavy rain today Chapel Lane is flooding, the drain cannot cope with the water flow. A resident has recently installed a manège riding school, have they directed the drainage towards the road. It may/may not be the reason but certainly needs investigating. I also do not see planning permission for the Manège, I thought this was needed.
