Footpath between Norton Disney and Stapleford

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2868626.

The footpath seems to have been relocated due to the quary through the middle of the field. The new footpath has barbed wire down the side (below 2.4 meters) on which I tore my coat, and is waterlogged to the point of being impassible.
