Graffiti - Again 2nd Time - Waterways Box

This is the 2nd Timer this Waterways Box has been Vandalised and Graffitied yet again. I don't know who cleaned it off previous, but it needs doing again - The Waterboard ought to be taking responsibility since its absolutely awful and makes the area look far removed from the routed "Safer Lincoln" signage - frankly a "City of Two Halves" and rather Menacing.
