Potholes forming in middle of turning junction

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2868704.

As per the title. Small potholes in close proximity forming in the middle of the turn right junction. Will eventually link up and become bigger.

    Ok. How about fixing the rest of them? Do I need to report every one or can they walk maybe 4 or 5 metres up the road and continue?
