Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2868732.

Barriers down. Roof caved in. Shutters off, building open to elements and damage and vagrants moving in and rusk serious injury. It smells too due to being left(forgotten) after the fire 16 months ago.
