Halton Road Spilsby from the Franklin Hall corner right through to old school mews

Reported via mobile in the Standing water covering less than half the road category anonymously at 14:56, Sunday 11 January 2026

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2868758.

This road was re surfaced 18 months ago but I am afraid the finished level doesn't allow the surface water to run into the drain grids, on top of that some of the drain tops are overflowing because they are blocked. Vehicles are spraying water all over pedestrians.
