  Thanks for the repair. I’ll message you again soon, the repair is failing already! As you can see from the photos attached, material is already coming loose.

  Do I have to wait until it is 40mm deep, before I report it again?

  Perhaps I am being unreasonable, maybe this an interim repair ahead of a full repair?
