Reported via desktop in the Manhole/drain cover on road/cycleway category anonymously at 09:09, Tuesday 13 January 2026

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2869117.

Very loose and very noisy manhole cover. This is the third time I have reported this problem. I received an email on 12th Jan 2026 saying it had been fixed. IT HAS NOT. Please put someone competent on the job and get it fixed.

  • This manhole still hasn;t been fixed. We spoke to a team at the end of February who came out and put 5 cones on it and said it should be repaired by 6th March. These cones are now very damaged and will soon be serving no use. It is very dangerous.
