  • Hello,

The craters on the downward lane of the A17 on the Leadenham bypass are getting worse. I followed a lorry that jolted into the opposite lane due to the deeper crater/pothole. It is getting wider and deeper.

  • 9.2.26 - hit a really big crater type pot hole on the A17 bypass towards Newark. I'm sure city was just after passing under the bridge. Yje road is sinking badly, some much so it's dangerous and my off-side wheels crashed into it. The car swerved towards the central carriageway and I narrowly missed a car head on. How bad does it have to get before someone is killed.

  • These bad patches of holes have deteriorated and are much worse. Please can these be repaired as soon as possible as they are now quite dangerous.

  • Some terrible craters here. This road appears to be in need of serious attention.

  • The holes are getting worse and are vehicle damaging. They have been dangerous for the last four weeks and no signs of being fixed. I will sue for damages if my tyres or alloys are damaged.

  • These craters are causing vehicles to swerve away, especially now that they are getting wider and deeper. There is also a deepening depression stretching across the road at the start of the left lane when travelling from west to east. This whole stretch of road needs to be maintained to a higher standard. No point to continue building new roads…you can’t maintain the ones already in use.

  • I reported this issue at the beginning of the year. I use the road a lot I have seen lorries jolted across the solid white line on to oncoming traffic. I have reported them to Lincolnshire Police as they are an accident waiting to happen
