Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2869228.
The entire stretch of drains along both sides of road Are blocked from the top of the hill to the first lay-by at the bottom, Causing excess standing water in area's along the road. They would benefit being cleared from top to bottom, As when they're is a high volume of rainfall the standing water makes certain parts of the road a hazard to aquaplaning. This is a problem that stretches from the top of leadingham hill all the way to Coddington roundabout on the A17
