Most of the length of Hallam's Drove
Reported via desktop in the Pothole on road/cycleway category by Cllr stuart evans at 11:24, Thursday 15 January 2026
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2869601.
This is in the Pothole section but the problem is that the road has dropped on both tyre tracks to the point where vehicles are grounding in several places over many metres. The residents are saying that delivery drivers are reluctant to use the road and the postman is not happy either. It is simply a case of the middle "hump" needs scraping away. The road is in good condition other than this. It has taken 4 years to get this bad. The picture shows a depth of over 12cm. Drivers are using the verge to get by and we all know what that leads to. This really needs to be treated as a matter of urgency, before this becomes truly URGENT!
