Skellingthorpe road between Shearwater and Hartsholme park

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2869776.

Constantly flooded during rainfall on cycle tracks and road. Cycle track condition is terrible to ride on and uneven. Roads edges always flooded and you can't walk or cycle down that road without getting covered in water from passing vehicles.
