Road flooding blocked drain

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2870069.

Ref 2865819 This was meant to be actioned some weeks ago. I reported this over 12 months ago and yet again you have failed to take action. When there is freezing weather the road is a death trap as water lies right across it. Please take action before there is an accident!!
