I can confirm that the underground drainage is blocked somewhere adjacent to Toft house the inspection chamber is full and was overflowing, I have pumped out 1000s of gallons and made little difference to the levels. The levels rising as soon as the pump is stopped. The water is still coming up and flooding inside my house, posing health and safety risk. This issue needs priority attention.

Thanks for passing this on to Highways, I can confirm that although the water level has dropped slightly, the inspection chamber is still full of water almost to ground level. With tomorrows forecasted rain I am certain that it will rise again and continue to cause more property damage.

Thanks for the update, After last nights rain we now have water inside our property again this morning!! also I notice the the road side drain drain iron work is collapsing into the drain and steadily getting lower than the road surface.
