Junction with Gainsborough Road and Tom Otters Lane

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2870161.

The road has become unsafe when you turn into it from the A57 Gainsborough Road. There are multiple pot holes and the surface is loose. This issue is becoming worse over time as I have been monitoring it as I turn this way a couple of times a week & it has become worse over the last year.
