Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2870804.

Bollards damaged and missing. Cannot see island in middle of the road in the dark. Pedestrian safety not considered whether in the light but esp in the dark. Been reported numerous times by residents. Been like it up to two years
