Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2870934.
Structure around the drain has fallen away leaving a large hole and the drain becoming loose. Furthermore, this leaves a large hole going all the way into the drain that causes risk of injury. From the photo it appears some temporary repairs have been attempted, though not sure who has made this attempt, however, this repair has failed badly leaving the danger still apparent.
