Pothole on road/cycleway problem

Customer wishes to report pothole and make a claim. 'There has been a pothole on Greenhill Rd for some time now which is unavoidable due to the amount of cars parked over Greenhill/Tyndal Rd. I tried my best to miss the hole and dropped into it on the left. My car then started to clunk and dropped on the left, resulting in Tanvics needing to supply and fit a new spring and do a wheel alignment. I’m worried about this happening again as the hole is getting deeper/bigger.'
