Pothole on road/cycleway problem

Customer wishes to report pothole and make a claim. 'I was heading to work on 15/01/2026 and drove into a very deep, unmarked pothole on the B1174 a couple of hundred meters down the road from the KIA dealership towards to A1 around 5:13am. It was dark, no lighting on the road and the pothole was positioned right in the middle of the right hand side wheels of my car. The car had a massive hit even I was only driving at 40 mph. I had an instant puncture, warning message popped up on the dashboard telling me that I had to pull over. I got out of the car after pulling over to check on the damage. I noticed that not only did I have a puncture but a big chunk of the driver's side front alloy wheel broke off. I then asked for roadside assistance that I waited for more than 3 and a half hours. As soon as I got daylight I took a 4 minute video from the location of the pothole all the way down to my car still awaiting rescue. Also, I took photos and all can be provided as evidence.'
