The hedge on that side of the road is quite close to the edge of the road, I’m assuming the landowner has attempted to cut this hedge, the hedge must be min 12 foot high and the recent cutting was to only the bottom half leaving the top half to still overhang or fall over The cutting of the hedge left all the long branches and what was cut fell to the ground or on the road. This verge / hedge still remains a complete mess and a danger to traffic and cyclists Thank you
