Drain was replaced a couple of years ago, but is innefective. Drain is higher than the paving & as a result there is a large puddle (approx 3m x 1m) that forms outside the 2 shops alongside every time it rains, and has been like this for over 10 years. Paving is sunken in places along the entire stretch as well which does not drain away anywhere.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
