Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2871602.
The tree that NOT on the property of 2 dexter ave has damaged the footpath and made the the footpath unsafe, we have had a landscape company to lift the slaps and he informed me the roots from the tree have lifted the slabs, please advise who owns the tree, thank you.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue. In this case the fault is not on one of the tree's we look after. To find the owner of the land you could contact Land Registry here Thank you for reporting this matter.

Hi have spoken to Isaac Newton Primary School 7DG they have informed me that LCC own the access road to the school and the tree in question is over the boundary fence of 2 dexter ave , so can we cut the tree down I am going around in circles, thank you.
