Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2871611.

Why are there more temporary traffic lights considering the amount in Grantham lately which is stopping traffic moving steadily from Trent road onto dysart road because somebody from highways decided to put in 3 way traffic lights and not 4 way to include Trent road what a complete mess Grantham is in lately with Temporary traffic lights as well as Barrowby !!!!!!
