Blocked Drain

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2871858.

This drain isnt coping with rain fall, you cant walk past this without being soaked by passing cars, but also when the road dries up.it then smells foul to walk past it

    The drain is clearly blocked. Pedestrians get significantly soaked when a car passes at the same moment.
