Stewton Railway crossing.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2871882.

Been flooded 3 full days this week. I should think with todays rain it will be a sea again. Walkers can't get across to the other footpath or up and down the lane. Cycling is perilous and some cars don't bother to slow down.
