Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2871934.

River of water streaming across the road even though it's not been raining for hours. The drains and gulleys are visibly packed with mud and debris and aren't doing their job so the water just misses the gulley and goes straight across the road
