East street pedestrian crossing.

Pedestrian button on north side is stuck in. Consequently the traffic lights are continuing turning red when not requested. So traffic is being continually stopped for no reason. The photo is supposed to show the button is stuck in . Pushing the button does not more it when it supposed to move in slightly.
