  • Why have we closed this report? We cleaned this areas drains in the last year and our last inspection showed that they are working well. It’s worth noting though that at times of extreme weather even well-maintained drains like these can be overwhelmed. If the problem happens again but in less extreme conditions then please report this to us and we will investigate the issue again. Thank you for reporting this matter.

    Still no update or repair. Road IS STILL FLOODED.now causing damage to properties. Please resolve blocked drain. Date and time noted for future reference.

    Over 2 weeks from last posr. No follow up or update. Is this outside you SLA agreement ? Need to do better with customer communications and work allocation. Drain is still blocked and surface water across public highway. Please confirm receipt of this ongoing unresolved issue.

  • Who has relocated the yellow location marker? It has been moved further down Long Street away from the blocked drain outside The Maltings? Can you investigate why it was moved and why the blocked drain has still not been cleared.
