Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2872627.
Blocked by debris from road surface breaking down, gravel stones plus leaves etc
I did report this years ago and was told the drains were cleaned out once a year but have never seen it before done and I walk over it every day,
The water is a few inches from cascading down the steps and into my front door
