Stewton Lane railway crossing

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2872791.

Road yet again completely flooded. It will be a few days before it goes, unless we get more rain. Forecast cold tonight, so it will be an ice rink either side in the morning. This is an on going problem since the two houses were built on the land it used to drain off onto.
