Rainwater gathering down the hill from beckingham on a17, multiple high mounds of turf, soil, landslide soil blocking both. The purpose of these mad made concrete water gullies was to keep the road safe in heavy rain allowing it to drain away……it can’t drain away due to neglect and so makes the road lethal both when flooded and iced over
