Flooded road(again)

Stewton Lane continually floods everything it rains. Today people are unable to use the public footpaths or walk safely down the road due to the amount of standing water. Additionally holes full of water are appearing where LCC contractors dug 4 test pits last year. Could be dangerous if someone didnt see it was a hole.
