A manhole cover has become sunken on this location Along the A152 out side of the Redwood House 53A High Street Gosberton SPALDING PE11 4NW house on the left hand side of the road travelling out of gosberton forwards Surfleet.

Based on a visual inspection and comparison with standard road features, the manhole cover appears to be depressed by an estimated approximately 50–80 mm relative to the surrounding road surface. This estimate is approximate, as no direct measurement was taken, but the level difference is clearly visible and significant. The defect may present a potential hazard to road users, particularly cyclists and motorcyclists, and could contribute to vehicle
