Private home hedge has grown into and now partially obstructs the footpath causing any users to have to walk on the grass. Grass is becoming muddier and is slippy in wet weather. Please refer to photo.

Because our current resources are extremely limited we have to focus our enforcement on matters of a significant danger or nuisance to road users.
