Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2874806.
Road side markers all bar one damaged and missing.
It is believed these were in place due to soft verges, culverts and locality of the ditch close to the road side with steep bank.
This is due to the council / highways cutting of the verges at least 3-4 have been destroyed with this flail and thus allowing vehicles to pull onto the soft verge and damage the rest no no indication to the road edge and steep bank on a blind corner especially at night
