Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2875005.
Previous pot hole was temp repaired but two new pot holes have opened up either side and are getting deeper due to HGV's and other vehicles hitting them. Grit is now being spread across the road and its just a matter of time before a pedestrian gets hit by flying debris. The pot holes are getting deeper by the day.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Morning all, Thanks for your updates and assigning the works to your gangs. The pot hole has now extended quite allot, the centre section (previous & recent repair) has gone, also debris is now spreading widely across Chapel Lane. Another issue is that as traffic, in particular HGVs, drive over this hole, the noise levels are increasing. I hope that the gang can attend soon please, also the road sweeper if possible. Maybe a more permanent repair is now necessary (in my amateur opinion :-) Thanks for your time Cheers Mark

Since reporting this pot hole several days / some weeks ago, it has deteriorated now to a dangerous depth and size. There is also now a noise issue when vehicles, especially HGVs drive over the hole, a loud noise can be heard, and vibrations felt in my house, it is keeping us awake at night. Please can this be repaired (correctly.... not a quick fix) ASAP Thanks Mark
