Pilgrim Lady On Riverside

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council and West Lindsey District Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 2875205.

Photos wont upload. Pilgrim Lady has been vandalised again with yellow spray paint! Even though she is protected by cctv. Her eyes, her chest/breast area. On her skirt she has had a spray paint of an ejaculating Penis with balls. Her shoulders and back of her skirt. I took a visitor from New Zealand on the walk around Gainsborough after reading the article in the Lincolnshire Life magazine. Imagine the embarrassment of then showing the visitors the 'vandalised' statue with its uncouth graffiti. Photos on Gainsborough Watch this evening as wont upload onto here. Please can this be cleaned off before any other visitors have the embarrassing vision! Also 2 bolts taken out of the plaque on the wall. Maybe trying to steal the copper sign for scrap value. Please get someone to check

    8am Saturday 28th February. Photos wont upload. Pilgrim Lady still has the graffiti on her. Graffiti on her breaststroke, an ejaculting penis on her skirt, paint in her eyes, paint down her left arm and shoulder and a pair of angel wings graffiti on her back
