Coming from beach lane into Cheal Lane pot hole on edge of road to the left

About a metre long quite deep as it’s full of water enough for a small dog to have a bath in. Tractors have used verge as a road. Damage caused to car tyre and wheel costing £273.96. Was reported back in October and nothing seems to have been completed on road to rectify problem. Have put in a claim as issue reported and should have been resolved!
