Public footpath from new estate to village..via Church, Church Hall to Village and Nursery...extremely well used by Children going to school bus stop etc.OAP's and people going to village amenities. Path is very muddy and a slip hazard, has had a temporary repair in the past ..ethier needs stone again or a proper job with tarmac before someone gets injured please.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because Stoned section as per last year when put in and not out of repair. Works already planned to eliminate the few trip hazards near to intervention levels along paved section. Whilst I understand the callers concern, the situation regarding the muddy section has not changed since the correspondence last year , ie not on line of PROW and not LCC land. For Parish or developers to deal with. Thank you for reporting this matter.
