  • Whilst the County Council recognises the customers concerns about the blocked gully at the location described, it does not currently consider the issue to be a high priority and is not planning urgent action. The gullies in the area will eventually be cleansed as part of the County Councils cyclic drainage cleansing program. Please note that the demand on the County Council's drainage cleansing resource is significant and all responses must be prioritised based on the severity of the issue reported where for example significant internal flooding of property and/or very significant flooding of A, B or C roads has occurred. Thank you for reporting this matter.
