X8 stakes in verge outside 153 Lincoln road

Is extremely dangerous and can cause a a lot of damage not only to a car but if someone was to fall onto it.

Under the Highways Act 1980, it is unlawful to place obstructions such as rocks, posts, or similar items on public verges without the proper permission.
