On junction of Bloxholm lane

Reported via desktop in the Tree/hedge restricting available highway category anonymously at 16:29, Sunday 8 February 2026

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2876102.

View to cross the junction is very limited coming towards junction from Nocton. Due to the hedge. An accident had just occurred there this afternoon. Was it due to lack of visibility

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. An officer has recently assessed the location following a similar complaint and when exiting the junction with care found no significant visibility issue. The hedge to the right as you exit the junction is a boundary hedge and is not currently considered to be encroaching the highway. It was noted that it is well maintained and kept low by the land owner. Thank you for reporting this matter.

State changed to: No further action
