The whole of the gutters on both sides of the road need clearing promptly

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2876553.

All the gutters are full of soil and blocking the drains , this is causing both carriage ways to have a covering of water over them . When this freezes over it will be like a skating rink, this is gross negligence as numerous reports have been ignored . When someone is killed as they were on the A1 due to the same problem will you act then ?
