Outside car dealer - heading North Somercotes bound

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2876731.

Manhole cover outside this car dealer that has sunken quite considerably for quite sometime now, on par like hitting a pothole. Can this be risen and leveled off please. Many thanks.
