Both drains are blocked or are unable to deal with amount of water in heavy rain. I reported this issue in Octoner 2025 and was told it would be picked up in regular drain clearing visits but this doesnt seem to havetaken place as it has continued to be an issue every time since when it has rained. Please could we have a further update.
