Thank you for the update reference 2863062 I appreciate your help with this. However I reported two drains and only one drain has been sorted. Can this be rectified please?
If you need help locating it please let me know and I will come out and show it to you. But its located on the kerb side, just before turning off the road onto the drive. The water pools as there is a dip but with no drain it is making the situation much worse.
