Drain at the bottom of a drainage ditch running south along the boundary of The Mount

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2877885.

Drain is blocked underground so all water that is funnelled down the drainage ditch ends up across the road. This is substantial as soon as it rains even slightly
