20 meters from The Beeches driveway travelling toward Boston from Sleaford

Reported via desktop in the Pothole on road/cycleway category anonymously at 14:24, Saturday 14 February 2026

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2877992.

It is a 2-foot circular hole. About 6 inches deep. The lorries are constantly travelling over, banging into the hole, severely eroding the pothole. It materialised in the last couple of days. It is quite noisy when hit, and also a danger to motorbikes and cyclists, particularly on this busy section of the A17. I witnessed a small motorcycle having trouble avoiding the pothole, as they need to keep to the kerb because of the large number of trucks on the road, and also because they are limited to slow speeds. Luckily, it was during daylight hours. It needs sorting asap.
