Opposite cowards lane road running to the west the farmer have turnrd it into there field i need daily access to far end feeding birds

The road known as hobcross lane has yet again been totally destroyed by large farm vehicle's . i need daily access to far end of road with small van ,now causing damage to my vehicle could the perpetrator's be held responsible for an immediate clean up
